In addition to the
mentioned Certification Services, VOCA shall also provide training
to the farmers on certification requirements and
understanding the Organic farming systems. |

PRODUCTION
VOCA registers individual farmers who wish to get their crop
certified as per NPOP.
There is no restriction regarding the acreage and the crop
can belong to any part of our country.

|
|
|
|
GROWER GROUP CERTIFICATION
Small holding farmer groups who apply similar production
systems and whose farms are in geographical proximity can
register for a grower group certification. Processors and
exporters can also be a part of the same group. This
Certification provides common marketing facility to the
members of the group and the cost involved in certification
is also shared among the members. |

PROCESSING
VOCA undertakes Certification for processed agricultural
products like Fruits, Vegetables, Cereals, Spices etc, live
stock products like milk, cheese, eggs etc. |

(for the whole production chain – Storage, Processing,
Transport, Sale etc.)

APPROVAL OF ORGANIC INPUTS
VOCA undertakes approval of commercial organic inputs that
are used in organic agriculture or processing. The inputs
include compost, Bio fertilizers, Bio pesticides, Additives,
Phyto sanitary products etc. |
